There are six key points to pay attention to when installing hinges:

(1) Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the hinges match the door and window frames and leaves.

(2) Check if the hinge slot matches the height, width, and thickness of the hinge.

(3) The hinge should be checked for compatibility with the screws and fasteners connected to it.

(4) The connection method of the hinge should match the material of the frame and leaf, such as the hinge used for steel framed wooden doors. The side connected to the steel frame is welded, and the side connected to the wooden door leaf is fixed with wooden screws.

(5) In the case of asymmetric hinge plates, it is necessary to distinguish which plate should be connected to the fan, which plate should be connected to the door and window frame, the side connected to the third section of the shaft should be fixed to the frame, and the side connected to the two sections of the shaft should be fixed to the door and window.

(6) During installation, the hinge shafts on the same leaf should be protected from bouncing and warping on the same vertical line.
